Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

Dukkan is a software subscription service that lets sellers build and run an online store (the "Service"). Because Dukkan provides digital software rather than physical goods, there is nothing to ship back — so this policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for our plans.

This policy covers your subscription to Dukkan itself. It does not govern sales between a merchant's store and that store's own customers — those are handled by each merchant.

2. Free plan

Our free plan is free to use, with no charge and no card required. You can try Dukkan and build your store before paying for anything, so there is nothing to refund on the free plan.

3. Paid subscriptions

Paid plans (such as Starter and Pro) are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods after you stop using the Service. We encourage you to start on the free plan first to make sure Dukkan is right for you before upgrading.

4. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again for the next period.
  • Your account moves to the free plan (where available) rather than being deleted.

5. Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us at support@dukkan.app and we will review it and make it right.

6. Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we do not refund the difference for the current period.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such laws require a refund, we will honor those rights.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
